Self-catering

There is also a static caravan that can cater for up to six guests, situated in a private rural setting next to one of our lakes.

The real feature of a stay at one of our Static caravans is the location. Situated only yards from the lakeside in absolute privacy looking out across the best scenery Devon has to offer. There is an abundance of wild life and fauna and you can just feel yourself relaxing into the surroundings.

The caravan is 30 ft long and has two bedrooms, a double and a twin. The lounge can sleep a further 2 guests comfortably or 3 if your very friendly! The kitchen is fully equipped with Fridge, Oven with hob, kettle and all the usual utensils. The bathroom has a ¾ bath with shower that works very well as well as the usual fully plumbed facilities.

Include duvets or blankets but not linen

Prices are per caravan per week and include electricity, gas and VAT

 Linen: Sheets or duvet covers and pillowcases are not provided but can be hired for £5 per person per week.

Pets: one friendly pet allowed at an extra charge of £15 per week, please ring to confirm availability.

Payment: a deposit of 50% per week is required with the balance due on arrival. Please make cheques payable to Bellbrook.

All static caravan reservations are subject to the following conditions.

  All caravans are offered for hire subject to being vacant on receipt of deposit.

Telephone reservations will be held provisionally for five days pending receipt of deposit.

Bookings commence at 2pm on Saturdays and terminate at 10am on Saturdays, unless alternative arrangements have been agreed.

If through unforeseen circumstances, cancellation is necessary after the deposit has been paid, we will endeavour to re-let the caravan. If successful, we will refund any monies received.

Keys must be collected during normal office hours unless prior arrangements have been made.

The number of persons per caravan must not exceed the number of berths booked.

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate any booking due to unreasonable behaviour from tenants.

Tenants must pay for any damage to caravans or loss/breakage of contents.

Bookings cannot be accepted from persons under the age of 18 years.

One dog is permitted for an additional charge of £15.00 per week to be paid with deposit.

Conditions of Stay for All Visitors

Dogs must be kept on leads. Under no circumstances can animals be left in caravans during their owners’ absence during the day or night.

 We cannot be held responsible for any personal injury, or loss or damage to personal property, including vehicles.

Parents are asked to see that their children behave appropriately while on the property.
