Glamping Holidays & Bell Tents in Beautiful Devon Countryside

Bellbrook Meadow Glamping Holidays

Bellbrook Meadow offers glamping holidays in Devon and is independent of the trout fishery. Our Devon Bell Tents have been set up with the aim of encouraging guests to spend more outside, indulging in the restorative power of Green Time, and the location naturally does its bit to help guests with this quest. There are beautiful panoramic views of Devon woodlands, fields and the most amazing sky as well as an abundance of wildlife from deer and badgers to birds of prey and rare woodpeckers. To help guests with children reconnect with nature and enjoy the great outdoors during their glamping holiday in Devon we provide bug hunting kits and other games and actvities.

If you do ever get tired of the view there's lots to explore nearby from museums to canal barge trips and pony treks across Exmoor and as we are only 2 miles from the North Devon Link Road beautiful beaches are easy to reach as a day trip. For our foodie guests there are also several very good gastropubs within 15 minutes drive and some great farmers markets locally.

In setting up our Devon Bell Tents we have been committed to creating a sustainable and ethical glamping holiday destination. The beautiful hand built kitchen/bathroom pods are made from local larch, the furnishings are sustainably sourced and are made from recycled materials wherever possible and the power comes from solar and hydro electricity. Our complimentary tea, coffee and hot chocolate is organic and fair trade and your welcome basket is all from local Devon producers.

Each of our three Glamping Bell Tents are named after the flowers that grow in the Meadow: Campion, Meadowsweet & Willowherb. As this is a glamping holiday we ensure each spacious 6m Bell Tent benefits from its own private and beautiful bathroom and kitchen pod which is just a metre or two away. The bathrooms have full sized showers, sinks and flushing WCs - all on natural water from our spring. The bijou kitchen areas are well equipped and have a fridge so your beer and wine will be kept cool, a 2 ring gas hob, hot and cold water. They are enclosed on two sides and have a roof so cooking in the great British weather won't be a chore! Each Bell Tent also has a wood burner, fire pit and BBQ and we provide a complimentary basket of local wood. Additional wood and local charcoal can be purchased onsite.

This small Devon Glamping site is home a handful of campers at a time as the Meadow is just for the 3 bell tents. To keep that sense of space and privacy we have set each 6m tent approximately 25m apart. Guests are more than welcome to book more than one tent which makes it the perfect option for a large family glamping holiday in Devon.

For your safety and peace of mind we have public liability insurance and the bell tents are fireproof.

We hope to see you soon and if you have any questions please ask!
