New Catch & Release option
We are very pleased to be announcing a new fishing ticket - Catch & Release from the 1st April. We have designated Bodmin lake as the beginners lake and are also allowing Catch and Release as these fish will be 1 - 2lb and plenty of them! You will either be able to take a C&R day ticket for £20 which includes up to two fish (Bodmin only) OR elect to have a C&R Follow on added to any standard ticket (normal or specimen) for £5. Anyone fishing a normal ticket will still be able to fish Bodmin lake but be aware the average fish size is smaller than the other normal lakes.   We have posted some Catch & Release instructions in the lodge and under the rules section of the website - we will be monitoring closely:) 

As an extension to this change we have introduced a graded stocking policy so that the normal lakes get increasingly difficult as you go up the valley. We have a wide range of angler ability and so we hope this will ensure that the more expert will still get a good day's fishing but the less experienced will not go home empty handed:)
